IRL Public Classes
This fun-loving class incorporates breath and yoga postures in conjunction with Ayurvedic wisdom to bring you closer into alignment with the cycles of life.
You will be introduced to more challenging poses with modifications given for different levels.
You are encouraged to explore and play with deepening your practice while focusing on integrated breath, movement, awareness, alignment, strength, and flexibility. Postures are sequenced to begin with the simplest poses flowing towards the more challenging, using modifications for different levels and injury prevention.
Socially Distant Guidelines
- Pre-registration is required to keep numbers compliant with safety guidelines.
- If you did not pre-register and would like to come, you will be allowed in if there is space and/or there is a no-show from a registrant.
- Please bring your own mats and props. The studio props will not be available. If you need to purchase your own, check out Manduka's offerings in the banner on this page.
This is typically a rolling class series (in a physical studio) which means that there is a class every Saturday morning! You can join the full 6-week session or drop into a single class. The series will automatically restart upon completion of Week 6.
