Prenatal + BYOB Series
This is a community-minded yoga series designed for mamas from 1st-4th trimesters.
Each 90-minute class begins with discussion about what's going on for each mama, support each other, then move on to yoga postures to strengthen and tone a woman's evolving body.
Babies are welcome so that mama can learn how to use her yoga practice as a form of bonding + reconnecting with her postpartum body.
The discussion will be co-led by Lindsay Smith, Cass County's official lactation consultant. Lindsay will bring her expertise to educate and support mamas with the practice of feeding her baby.
