Ayurveda is yoga's "sister science" and so is a natural pairing to any yoga practice. By marrying these two systems, a practitioner can incorporate Ayurvedic theories + approaches to yoga postures + breathing techniques.
Our work on the mat will help you understand where and how you hold imbalances. By implementing Ayurveda into your yoga practice, you will learn how to release tension, build strength, and unravel imbalances.
These sessions can be beneficial as you dive deeper into your practice. You can schedule as few or as many sessions as you like, ideally, though, you and I will work together for 4 sessions.
