This weekend is Memorial Day Weekend which is the official start of summer in the States and that means that it's time to think about how to keep yourself chill and cool from the inside out.
What's so fun about Ayurvedic practices is that they are actually pretty intuitive- most people are drawn to these things automatically. But sometimes we don't listen to our instincts and that can cause an imbalance (or series of imbalances).
